Construction of the Hilts Villa is progressing at a steady pace.

The construction of the Hilts Villa multi-family project is progressing at a steady pace. The mat slab has been poured and the shotcrete walls have been sprayed, which create the “bath tub” like condition. This will mitigate the high-water table issues that have been causing issues for the project. Currently, the Basement Level 2 block walls are being constructed. The Basement Level 1 slab and concrete lid will follow and be poured within the next month. After those are complete, framing is anticipated to move quickly.
