The project is located in the heart of East Hollywood, Los Angeles, adjacent to popular upscale neighborhoods such as Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Koreatown. It is within walking distance to the Vermont/Beverly Metro Station and just a few minutes’ drive from downtown. Leveraging the streamlined approval process under Senate Bill 684, this development will feature 9 subdivided boutique single-family residential lots.

Each residence is a three-story structure featuring a garage and a private rooftop patio. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open living-dining area, the layout is well-suited for first-time homebuyer families.
