9 Seabreeze Terrace is located at Dana Point, CA. This two-story 8,012 ft2 home is situated on a 12,083 ft2 lot at The Strand at Headland, one of the most prestigious gated oceanfront communities in Southern California. The Strand offers expansive Pacific Ocean and coastline views, situated steps from 1.5 miles of Strand Beach and is surrounded by nearly 70 acres of open space, parks and trails. This lot enjoys over 90 feet of lot width at the curb, giving a big canvas for the high end custom home design. The project was designed by Brion Jeanette Architects. Archimorphic was later commissioned to improve the building façade during construction as well as interior design to reflect the expectations of coastal living at its best.
