Sinian city mixed-use is a mixed-use project with capacity of 210,000m2, including 75,000m2 commercial shopping mall, and life-style retail street. Three high-rise towers provide around 70,000 m2 LOFT units, which has 5.05 m floor to floor height. It is one of the most popular products in the market due to its adaptability to change of use. The office tower occupies the prime location of the project at the north east corner, close to a subway exit.

The unique programming strategy provides a great opportunity for the life-style retail to be complemented by the large shopping mall. A series of outdoor plazas with different nature and accommodation possibilities streamline the flows, creating unique outdoor commercial experiences to the visitors. In addition, the sky track and an indoor rooftop swimming pools contributing to draw people to the upper floor of the retail. Focus on the organic and healthy theme, the shopping mall contains a large green house, a tropical rooftop dining terrace, and multiple shopping and dining options.

The dynamic geometries of the office tower has shaped the high-light of the project. Especially with five green boxes protruded from different angels, brings a trendy green concept into office spaces. The green boxes offers spaces for staff to meet, to relax and to hangout. It is a statement for creating offices that contribute to the physical and mental health of the workers.

The fluid façade design of LOFT tower with horizontal movement complement with the office tower which was shaped by a bundle of glass tubes.
