Hilts Villa Wins CACP Outstanding Award

Design Director and President Luoya Tu wins 2018 Chinese Construction Professionals Outstanding Award for Hilts Villa multifamily home project. A collaboration of Amphibianarc and Archimorphic, the project will transform the current single family house and the two-story apartment building on the two adjacent lots into a four-story, twelve-unit residential building, which will significantly increase the density and compactness of use of this urban site.

CACP has been recognizing professionals with lifetime achievements for many years. It’s the first time the Award focuses on project designed and built by Chinese American community. The Award is intended to set up examples inspiring Chinese American design and build community, enhancing competitiveness as a whole.
