The project is located in East Hollywood, Los Angeles, adjacent to several popular upscale neighborhoods, including Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Koreatown. It is within walking distance to Los Angeles City College and just a few minutes’ drive to downtown.

On the site, two existing multi-family residential parcels will be subdivided into 20 small lots. The proposed project consists of 20 homes. Guided by the SB 684, the project will go under a streamlined approval process, which will help increase urban density as the population grows rapidly.

Each residence will be a four-story structure with a garage and a private roof patio. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom (3B2B) layout is perfectly suited for first-time homebuyer families. The variation in materials on the building façade helps to break down its large massing into a more human scale. Meanwhile, even with this high-density development, each unit will still retain a desirable roof top patio.

The project is currently being reviewed by the Planning Department at City of Los Angeles.
