Nestled in the prestigious Pacific Palisades neighborhood, walking distance to the Village, the Mckendree project is truly a gem.

The site embraces 270-degree panoramic ocean views that stretchs through the entire coastal line of LA as far as to Palos Vedes Peninsula. With its unrivaled location and awe-inspiring views, the design meticulously opens up the south east corner of the house with Larger multi-sliders.  The fluid floor plan design enhances the SoCal indoor-outdoor living with a great room flows into a wrapped around yard with an expansive patio, grass area and a swimming pool facing to the views.

The second-floor master suite is situated above the footprint of the lower floor great room area, with the same breathtaking views. Throughout the entire house, the clean, shape and contemporary design language skillfully complimented with the warm and homy atmosphere by wooden feature walls and rich textures.

The elevation design features with cantilevers oversize balconies, enriched by rich materiality of stone cladding, venetian stucco and wooden louvers. The sun, the wind and the shadow, and the horizontality compose the contemporary theme of the monolithic facade design.
