The Olive Condo is located in Alhambra City. The project will transform the current single family houses into a four-story, 23 units Conde which will significantly increase the density and compactness of use of this site.

Considering the high density, the project is trying to create various kinds of open spaces for the residents. A landscaped inner courtyard with benches and BBQ area and private balconies of each units help to increase the living comfort.

In the design of the façade, recessed balconies and white decorative frames add visual interest to massive four-story structure. The wooden railings on the balconies and the warm-toned stone veneer at the entrance bring a sense of warmth to the project.
